Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before your first Solara class.

  • Where are Solara classes held?

Solara Holistic Studio currently hosts classes at a partner studio location in the Fort Worth area. This partnership allows us to offer an inviting space for classes while Solara continues to grow.

✨ A dedicated Solara studio is coming soon!

The exact location for your class will be provided when you register. Please check your booking confirmation for location details and arrival instructions.

  • Is Solara Holistic Studio part of the partner studio?

No. Solara Holistic Studio is an independently operated wellness and fitness business. We partner with another studio to provide space for select classes and events.

  • What types of classes does Solara offer?

    Our schedule may include:

    • Mat Pilates
    • Yoga
    • Dance Fitness
    • Step Aerobics
    • Meditation & Mindfulness
    • Specialty wellness classes and events

Class offerings may change as our schedule grows, so check the current schedule for available sessions.

  • Are beginners welcome?

Absolutely! Solara is designed to be welcoming and approachable, especially for people who are new to group fitness or returning after some time away.

Classes may include modifications so you can work at a level that feels appropriate for you. You do not need to already be flexible, experienced, or “in shape” to participate.

  • Do I need to bring my own equipment?

For most classes, you should bring:

    • Water
    • Comfortable workout clothing
    • Supportive athletic shoes for aerobics or dance-based classes
    • A yoga or fitness mat for mat-based classes, unless your class description states that mats are provided

Any additional equipment needed for a particular class will be listed when you register.

  • How early should I arrive?

Please plan to arrive approximately 5-10 minutes before your first class so you have time to check in and get settled.

  • How do I register for a class?

Classes can be reserved through Solara's online schedule. Advance registration is recommended because class sizes may be limited based on available studio space.

    Drop-in availability is not guaranteed.

  • Can I purchase a single class?

Yes! You can purchase a drop-in class without becoming a member.

For guests who want to attend regularly, Solara also offers class packs and membership options.

  • Do you offer class packs?

Yes. Solara offers flexible options for guests who aren't ready for a membership.

    Solara Sprout — 5-Class Pack
    Solara Flourish — 10-Class Pack

These allow you to attend eligible classes while keeping your schedule flexible.

  • What happens if a class is full?

Because we're currently using a partner studio, some classes have limited capacity. If a class reaches capacity, additional registrations may be restricted.

As Solara grows—and especially as we move toward our dedicated studio—we plan to expand class availability.

  • What if I need to cancel?

We understand that plans change. Please cancel your reservation as early as possible so another guest has an opportunity to attend.

Cancellation and no-show policies are provided during booking and may vary for special events, workshops, or programs.

  • Are children allowed to attend?

Unless a class is identified as child-friendly or family-friendly, regular fitness classes are intended for the age group listed in the class description. Currently, children ages 10 - 18 are allowed to attend classes.

  • Do you offer private sessions?

Private and small-group sessions may be available depending on instructor and studio availability. Contact Solara via email for current options. Subject to a different price rate.

  • Are drinks or refreshments available?

Beverages may be available for purchase at classes and events. Availability varies by location and event.

Additional beverage purchases are separate from class registration and are not included in the price of your class unless specifically stated otherwise. Some classes are subject to complimentary or sample refreshments.

  • Is Solara a gym?

Solara is a holistic fitness and wellness studio, rather than a traditional open-access gym.

Our focus is instructor-led movement and wellness experiences, including Pilates, yoga, dance fitness, aerobics, meditation, and specialty programming.

  • Where can I park?

Parking information may vary depending on the partner location hosting your class. Please review the location and parking instructions included with your booking.

We recommend allowing a few extra minutes for your first visit.

  • Is a permanent Solara studio coming?

    Yes! ☀️

Our current partner-studio model is part of Solara's growth. We're working toward opening a dedicated Solara Holistic Studio where we can offer an expanded class schedule, additional programs, events, and more of the full Solara experience.

Until then, we're excited to welcome you to our partner location and grow our community one class at a time.

  • Still have a question?

    We'd love to help.

Contact Solara Holistic Studio or speak with your instructor before class if you have questions about registration, class levels, equipment, accessibility, or what to expect.

Come as you are. Move, grow, and glow with Solara. ☀️
